Primary Job Responsibilities


This role will manage the planning and execution of eBay’s seller engagement programs. This position requires ability to cross-functionally operate for a scope of deliverables and content tied to the company’s strategic priorities. This person must have superior organization and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively individually, without consistent supervision. This role partners closely with teams in Marketing, Communications, and various other teams at eBay depending on each program.


Job Requirements


  • Evaluate, measure, and report on strategic effectiveness of the programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize processes and provide continuous improvement to operations.
  • Create quarterly team readouts tracking the programs and results of the prior quarter to be shared internally.
  • Support Seller Engagement team by creating operational efficiencies amongst the team.
  • Create project status reports to track progress and timelines to streamline communications among stakeholders in an agile and action oriented environment.
  • Use exceptional project management skills to develop project timelines ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver a customer-focused, high-quality program.
  • Support the Seller Events teams by owning workstreams related to the production of both virtual and in-person events.


Skills, Competencies & Qualifications


  • Ability to work cross-functionally to create program goals, messaging, communication and overall plans with minimal direction.
  • A self-starter capable of organizing and influencing others.
  • Calm under pressure and able to operate successfully in a fast-moving environment.
  • Technology savvy. Able to develop ways to help teams operationalize and stay organized.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving, with a sharp focus on quality results.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating and maintaining positive and productive relationships with diverse business partners in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple deadlines with competing priorities.


Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years marketing program management experience
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Monday.com
  • 2+ years event operations experience
