DAY-TO-DAY FOR A COMMUNITY JOB COACH As an entry-level Community Job Coach, you work Monday - Friday during the day. You help people find jobs by getting to know them and understanding what they are good at and what they want to do. You make a plan with them that outlines what they want to do for work and how they will get there. You meet with them every month to check on how they are doing and make sure they understand what they need to do. If they miss a meeting, you quickly set up another one. You also connect them with other services when they need it, and use reports to plan your work. You always act professionally and uphold the policies of our nonprofit organization. You feel proud to help people in your community find jobs, which is why you are great in this entry-level vocational rehabilitation position! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMUNITY JOB COACH Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service Valid driver's license Covid-19 vaccination Fluency in Arabic, Portuguese, Somali, French, or Lingala would be a plus!
