This is a full-time, remote position with the preference that all PTNPA Team Members be located near the Washington, DC Metro area (and for certain in the Eastern Time Zone) for travel and collaboration purposes. Some event related travel and hands-on active involvement is required for all PTNPA Team Members. Travel dates are set and communicated well in advance for planning purposes. PTNPA events often entail a few days of lengthy, busy, and fulfilling working days.

Promote educational offerings, webinars, speaking engagements and all other PTNPA member benefits in a creative and compelling manner.

·Web Site Management and Updates - serve as the lead for the PTNPA website, the “heartbeat” of the organization, supported by “Your Membership” (YM) platform, with responsibility for creating/updating content and calendar entries, along with PTNPA Event driven information/additions and details for use by PTNPA Members.

·Event Web Sites - develop “microsites” for each annual PTNPA signature event (January Convention, May DC Fly-in and June Food Safety Summit). Work with Team Members and PTNPA Committees to create and implement event themes, speakers, schedules and other information of importance to PTNPA Members. Create associated promotional campaigns for all PTNPA events in order to optimize participation and involvement.

Marketing/Branding and Industry Reputation Management:

·Branding - Maintain PTNPA established Branding Standards resulting in a creative, consistent and distinctive tone for all promotional messaging, social media, public relations, marketing, advocacy, and communications outreach.
