  • Employee Resource Groups which provide access to leaders, relevant volunteer and mentoring opportunities, and interactions with counterparts in industry groups and client organizations

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate appropriate reviews of communication materials (compliance, technical, editorial, client, vendor, etc.) and, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of materials, follow up with consultants or vendors to determine causes and discuss possible solutions to issues raised during the review process.
  • Assist consultants in developing communication strategies and the implementation of work plans by editing, proofreading, and composing draft documents; applying and implementing applicable knowledge obtained through experience and research; and brainstorming with colleagues on ideas to implement and design communication strategies.

  • Effectively prioritize and manage individual assigned tasks independently, delivering work on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate the production of client materials; clearly communicating individual and team workload availability; providing feedback on accurate timelines and updates as projects progress; communicating with vendors on production coordination.
