Communication Manager (Remote) Jobs

Description

Providence is calling a Communication Manager who will:

• Engage in internal/external communication projects to provide organization-wide strategy, planning and delivery of communication initiatives in support of the Providence Health Plan strategic priorities
• Deliver consistent, clear messaging to all Providence Health Plan audiences while collaborating to ensure alignment across geographic regions, multiple facilities and diverse business units

We welcome 100% remote work for residents of Washington, Oregon & California.

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Demonstrated experience managing communication programs and business relationships
• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field of study
• Demonstrated writing and editing experience
• Demonstrated health care experience
• Demonstrated experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams
• 5 years demonstrated management experience in broad-based and successful communication programs

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master's Degree
• Communication experience in health care or health plans
• Strong writing & content development skills
• Experience in a faith-based health system/organization

Providence Shared Services is a service line within Providence that provides a variety of functional and system support services for our family of organizations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
