Position Summary


As a full-time associate within the Commercialization business unit, you will be part of a high-performing biopharmaceutical powerhouse where you will be encouraged to think innovatively, share your ideas and achieve your career ambition. We are committed to your success and development as a leader for the future with our undergraduate rotation program that will provide exposure to many facets of Bristol-Myers Squibb. You will build your leadership skills and gain a breadth of exposure in three rotations for approximately 12 months each. The broad exposure early in one’s career provides a unique learning environment and high visibility to senior management, mentoring relationships with managers and peers, and building a strong alumni network within the company. Upon successful completion of the rotational program, associates will be encouraged to apply for opportunities across Commercialization and the broader organization.

  • Medical Affairs
  • US Sales
  • Marketing
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Complete familiarity with all business channels and markets
  • Analyze/report on competitive activity in all categories in which we participate
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field between 2021 and August 2023
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and communicate technical/scientific knowledge
  • Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new and complex concepts
  • Proven leadership skills in student, community, or professional organizations
  • Engagement Planning and Content Capabilities
  • Monitor market for new competitive products, category trends, innovation, etc. and advise senior management as required
  • Gaining experience in
  • Lead launch or annual sales meetings
  • Support development and execution of US marketing tactics in line with brand strategy
  • Relocation to NJ headquarters is required for 1 – 2 years as a part of the rotation (Relocation support available)
  • Conduct brand, category and competitive analysis
  • Competitive Intelligence
  • Highly motivated individual with proven strong academic performance
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • Value, Access and Pricing (VAP)
  • Interact with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to travel, as needed
  • Company provided vehicle for one (1) year during the salesforce rotation in the field
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Assist strategy development for all of our channels

  • Partner with Sales team to build sales promotional materials
