Job Summary:
As a key member of Huron’s Real Estate Advisory team, you will be an integral part of deal execution; reviewing financial statements, providing analytical and financial modeling support, bolstering business development efforts through the creation of pitch books and background research, and creating deal materials. Our team is consistently in the market executing middle-market transactions, and our boutique environment offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking for an entrepreneurial environment that values individual development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

• Ability to organize and track multiple and concurrent workstreams
• Ability and willingness to travel on an as needed basis
• Ability to be client facing with strong interpersonal and client management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in collecting, manipulating, interpreting, and cleansing data from multiple and diverse sources

• US Work Authorization is required.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $75,000 - $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $81,000 - $100,800 . The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
