Commercial Painter Jobs

EXPERIENCED FULL-TIME PAINTER NEEDED

DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Prepares area(s) to be painted by cleaning, or if necessary, scraping, sanding, patching and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing, etc.

* Measures and marks surfaces to lay out work, using tape measures, straightedges or squares, and marking devices.

* Applying primer and other sealers to paint surfaces to ensure that paint sticks to them.

*Mixing and matching paint, stain and other finishes to job specifications

*Applying paint, stain and other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers, and/or sprayers.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

We are a small general construction company based in Rancho Cordova, CA. The bulk of our business is projects and service work such as remediation, rebuilds, and building maintenance supplied by HOA's, apartment complexes, etc. in the greater Sacramento area. We have strong relationships with these communities and we need our employees to understand that they also play a role in maintaining those relationships. This is a service-oriented position ideal for someone who is comfortable with communicating with others.

PAY: $25-$31 per hour DOE
