As the Finance Director of the Americas Airlines business, you will provide leadership to a team of commercial professionals, making strategic decisions within one of Honeywell’s largest Commercial Business Teams. You will have an opportunity to design and drive the financial landscape of the business, ensuring speed, quality, and cost efficiency. You will play a key role in managing the financial performance and implementing key financial strategies to maximize business performance. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents the findings to the senior management.

The role reports to the Vice President of Finance for Aftermarket Americas.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of Finance and Accounting in leadership roles

WE VALUE

  • FP&A, P&L experience within a business.

· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

  • Conveys information with clarity and directness
  • Strong technical knowledge of finance systems.
  • Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations
  • Operational business experience.
  • Self-motivated, driving business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
