Job Description

EMR, a leader in commercial kitchen repair, has openings in our DCMV service territory for Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration / HVAC technicians. $2500 sign on bonus offered for entry level technicians. $1250 paid out at 6 months, $1250 paid out at 1 year mark. $5000 sign on bonus offered for experienced technicians with a Journeyman license or higher OR 5 years’ experience in those states without license requirements. $2500 paid out at 6 months, $2500 paid out at 1 year mark. Must apply between 5/18/23 and 8/31/23 to be eligible for the sign on bonus.

Our Service Technicians provide the highest quality service and repair to light commercial Refrigeration / HVAC equipment while providing an exceptional customer service experience. EMR is a drug-free workplace, clean driving record required.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude (must pass mechanical aptitude test)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
  • CFC certification (licenses are a plus)
  • Pre-Employment drug screening
  • Clear criminal background
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places
  • Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds
