- Manage existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Provide rental assistance demonstration to customers to ensure they are utilizing equipment effectively
- Knowledge of the Construction Equipment, Compact Equipment, and Material Processing Equipment industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in commercial account management
- Familiarity with Wirtgen Group road construction equipment, LeeBoy, excavators, wheel loaders, paving, and sweepers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales and equipment sales, specifically with John Deere equipment
