Job Description
Douglas Restoration is a family owned and operated business, dedicated to quality and outstanding customer service. We are in search for a full time A/R and collections associate to support our accounts receivable department.


No experience required! We will train the right person!


Skills We Desire


  • Scheduling final collections with completion of jobs
  • $13.75 per hour with a 30 day review and the opportunity for an increase based on performance
  • Hyper-communication with customers to instill confidence as you work to resolve any issues.
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Escalate files as needed - providing full context and relevant details
  • Time management with a sense of urgency
  • Data entry
  • Full Time 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Create invoices with our CRM system or Google docs
  • Ability to work within a team, have initiative, and prioritize
  • Customer service skills


Compensation based on performance with reviews annually.


PTO available after probationary period
