Job Description
Title: Education Coaching Operations Specialist
Reports to: Coaching Operations Officer
Location: Remote – Anywhere in Mountain Standard Time
Wage: $18-19 per hour
Job Summary
The primary role of the Coaching Operations Specialist is to deliver service and support to Leader in Me Coaches and ensure client retention. This includes the stewardship of approximately twenty to thirty coaches within an assigned territory.

Essential Job Functions
To retain the business of every client, the Coaching Operations Specialist will assist coaches in providing a valuable coaching experience by:
  • Completing all other duties/projects as assigned.
  • Participating in a yearly Coach Academy; engaging in weekly Systems Action Team meetings.
  • Providing technical support to the coaches with Bookings, Outlook, Evernote and Zoom.
  • Developing and executing step-by-step coaching systems and synergize with cross-functional teams.
  • Managing Regional and Community events through the Aventri registration system.
  • Assisting coaches with time management and organization through the Event Manager, Outlook and Bookings calendaring systems.
  • Promoting a positive cadence of accountability through timely and relevant communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support to the coaches with Salesforce.com, Google Apps, and internal systems.
  • Booking touchpoints (Onsite, Regional, Community, and Virtual Coaching) to maximize coaching capacity and minimize client expense.
Requirements
  • The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is essential.
  • Detail oriented, the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and strong technical acumen are fundamental, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Intrinsically motivated team players, with strong work ethic, and the ability to function independently.
  • Experienced educators and those with knowledge of FranklinCovey programs and content preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen well and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
