The Siemens Industry, Inc. distribution center in Roebuck, SC is seeking a CNC Brake Press Machine Operator to be an integral member of a diverse and dynamic team. What will be the essential functions of this role? In this role, you will:

• Work directly with or under the direction of a Group Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure functioning and safe working conditions and wear appropriate PPE.
• Complete confirmation documentation via SAP data management system or DMM.
• Work with ISO/work standards.
• Work may be verified for correctness.
• Operate CNC controlled bender
• Access and utilize various documents, with the use of computers, associated with the manufacture of products in assembly for completion of confirmations (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.)
• Perform other work per Supervisor's direction.
• Read blue prints and spot welds steel & galvanized parts
• Work in a team.

What are the required knowledge, skills & experience?

• Work standing for the duration of the shift
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of turret tools
• Ability to read blueprints and apply basic shop math, digital literacy, and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools
• Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Able to create CNC programs (Bend or Punch)
• Must be able to work M-F, 6am to 2pm
• Stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
• Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
• Prior experience / knowledge in CNC Controlled bending system and CNC punch machine
• Understanding of bending tools
