The Constant Observer will provide safe coverage for increased Behavioral Health / Psychiatric patients who require 1:1 close observation for the patient's safety as well as other patients and staff. There has been a significant increase in such patients that are at risk to harm themselves or others; are oftentimes combative or physically abusive.
The Constant Observer will manage and care for patients who may be at risk for self-injury, injury to others, elopement risk or their behavior is unpredictable and requires that someone stay with them at all times.
Full time, Rotating Shift
7am - 7pm/ 7pm - 7am rotating weekends
Minimum Requirements:
1.High School Diploma or GED program required
2.DC CNA
3.Certification in CPR is required: BLS for Healthcare Providers.
4.Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
5.CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred
