We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Dog/Pet Sitters at Baltimore Dog LLC in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Do/Pet Sitter you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care for our clients' beloved pets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct safe and enjoyable walks for dogs of various breeds, sizes, and energy levels.
- Provide reliable and compassionate in-home pet sitting services during clients' absence, including feeding, watering, and administering medications if necessary.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and adhering to any specific client instructions or requests.
- Monitor pets for any signs of distress, illness, or unusual behavior and promptly report any concerns to the appropriate channels.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene by promptly cleaning up after dogs during walks and properly disposing of waste.

Requirements:
- Genuine love for animals and a strong commitment to their welfare.
- Prior experience in dog handling, pet sitting, or related roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments, demonstrating confidence and control.
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior, recognizing common signs of stress or aggression.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to maintain the clients schedule.
- Reliable transportation to reach clients' homes and transport pets if required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
