Job Description
Facility Location: Hallock, MN 56728


Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30), Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 21:55)


Number of Weeks: 13


Pay rate: $25-$30/Hr.


On Call: $7


Charge Nurse: $3.5


Call Back: 1.5%


Holiday: 1.5%


Specialty: LTC



  • Description: Flex Shifts If Subbed To Position, Provider is Agreeing to a Flex Schedule with a guarantee of 40hrs per week.
  • 13 week contract.
  • Must be able to cover weekends as needed - REALLY nice center.
  • 40hr GTE.
  • Center will interview/offer 24-48hrs.
  • Willing to accept local or travel.
  • (2-3) CNAs - FLEX/ALTERNATING SCHEDULE - 6a-2:30p & 2p-10:30p
