Clinical Supervisor (Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Supervisor)

Who we are: Hoffmann Counseling Services is a rapidly growing , non-profit, community wellness agency serving rural south, central Minnesota. We have offices in St. Peter, Mankato, New Ulm, and Waseca. We provide outpatient therapy as well as community based rehabilitative services that include CTSS and ARMHS.

Starting range: 64,000 to 74,000 annually

• Ensure adherence to policy and procedure by supervisees
• Understanding of ethical requirements and responsibilities
• Facilitate weekly consult meetings and supervision
• Balance reduced caseload with supervisory responsibilities
• Someone dedicated and passionate about enhancing the quality and availability of care in our communities
• Facilitate individual and family therapy
• Provide direct supervision and review documentation for a small group of clinical trainees and/or mental health practitioners
• Complete timely and professional written reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LP licensure completed
• Board approved supervisory status preferred
• Experience with CTSS and ARMHS preferred
