Position Overview

The Clinical Nurse Reviewer reviews requests for authorization for hospital admissions, outpatient services, home health care, therapies and other services. To make a determination, the Clinical Nurse will use established criteria and their own clinical expertise to determine medical necessity, cost-effectiveness, and appropriateness of setting.
