Job Description
medi USA is looking for a motivated and personable Lymphedema Clinical Education Specialist in the Minneapolis, MN area to lead efforts in the training and educational development of medi sales reps, customers, and healthcare professionals on medi products with the goal of revenue growth. This position will also provide support both internally and externally on medi product. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Education. The right candidate will develop training and education (programs) for both internal and external use by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following. Develop proficiency in Lymphology, Wound Care, and phlebology with regards to the disease states, product design and function. Travel with reps in their territories. Travel will be 50% or more. Prepare a report on objectives and results on all field visits to Director of Clinical Education. Represent medi at conferences, shows and other events. Attend meetings, training sessions, etc. with medi. Assist in developing training and sales materials, presentations, etc. as requested. Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders – healthcare professionals, customer/dealers, etc. Support the Salesforce as needed. Administrative duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience BA/BS or a minimum of 3 years of proven industry success in sales, marketing, or clinical experience. Experience and knowledge of lymphedema is required. Proven success in training and development for revenue growth. Demonstrated public speaking and interaction with professionalism. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation Willing to perform overnight travel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education or working knowledge of anatomy is a plus Benefits As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training to familiarize you with our medical product lines and with our sales system.
