Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

The Clinic Director will be responsible for but not limited to:
•Overseeing daily service provisions of the OMHC and PRP program, including clinical and administrative staff.
•Outreach, marketing, building, and maintaining relationships with community and Referral Sources
•Oversight and collaboration of medication management program including administrative staff, operations, and communication with prescribers
•Oversight and participation in weekly intake team meetings, including collaboration with intake team members of completed intakes, and review for appropriateness of services, and navigate process to refer out to other services as needed
•Complete case assignments to new and ongoing therapist
•Manage administrative staff in relation to quality assurance activities (Quality Calls/Surveys)
Oversight and direct supervision of clinical supervisors, therapist, PRP Counselors, and additional rehabilitation specialists if applicable by the needs of the agency
•Manage /Handle service delivery, communication, and other problems between client, family & counselor in day-to-day operations
•Conducting monthly staff meetings and group supervision
•Collaboration with Human Resources and supervisors in hiring process, training, and performance evaluations of Therapist, PRP Counselors, and additional Rehabilitation Specialists as applicable
•Maintain a departmental budget
•Oversee and participation in CARF and COMAR quality compliance, including auditing, client/community stakeholder satisfaction, quality telephone calls, and annual meetings
