Clinical Data Analyst / Clinical Information Analyst (Pharma/Medical Device)

POSITION IS 1 YEAR FROM START DATE WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS

Must be able to travel up to 5% per year.

• Experience dealing with technology such as mobile apps, computer SW, cloud system, electronic data (21 CRF Part 11 requirements) Adaptable with shifting priorities and urgent requests; with ability to handle multiple projects at the same time Eager to learn new products and workflows in order to support different projects Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues from different functions

Years’ of experience required:

• Three years and above
• Required education level/certifications: Bachelor’s and above

Description:

• Lead continuous support of solution oversight
• Support implementation of tools including successful adoption, training, training to end users, identify measures of success, and assess value
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Lead study specific collection of requirements and create visualizations that are unique to that study
• Manage the development and standardization of visualization conventions
• Lead Identification, analysis, and proposal of comprehensive solutions leveraging data to address complex
• Manage portfolio of dashboards to ensure coverage of functional groups and access
• This individual will work under Good Clinical Practices, Good Clinical Data Management Practices, and other FDA regulations and guidelines.
• Partner with shared service functions such as Site Management, Study Management, Data Review, Safety, etc. to learn the business processes and desired goal(s)
• The individual will utilize Data Science including business acumen, statistical methodologies, create data models, and data visualization(s) for creative solutions to novel problems.
• Develop and maintain analytics lifecycle development plan
• Lead ongoing maintenance and enhancement of tools as a partner to the functional group(s), and management of the release schedule
• This role must demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills and analytical/problem-solving skills at various levels of the organization.
• The Senior Clinical Information Analyst is responsible for collaborating with cross functional members to advance the use of data into intuitive and action-oriented tools that address critical business needs.
• Present data visualizations/dashboards to senior and executive leaders of the organization, train functional owner(s), and support training for launch of the tool(s)
• Partner closely with Data Systems and functional group(s) to create data tables, reports and action-oriented visualizations/dashboards
• Business challenges or enhance existing processes with intuitive and action-oriented visualizations
• Requires the ability to sit or stand while working on a computer for a long period of time.
• Bachelors Degree Minimum 5 years
