Job Description

Slicebright is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.


This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, serving as the go-to person for clients after onboarding, ensuring they get the most our product has to offer.


We are seeking a natural client advocate who will go to great lengths to provide clients with nothing short of a positive experience.

Responsibilities


  • Serving as the main point of contact between clients and fulfillment team and contractors


  • Learning the needs of clients and developing plans to meet them


  • Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they're satisfied with the company


  • Addressing any concerns or issues a client may have and working withaccount managersor leadership to resolve them


  • Presenting the client with a contract and setting any terms as agreed upon by both the company and client


  • Researching competitors and learning how to stay ahead of the competition to recruit and keep new customers


  • Keeping agendas and project management tools up-to-date


  • Collaborating closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients with the company's product or service



Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in account management, customer service, project management, and/or the marketing field.


This role requires the following qualifications:


  • Verbal and written communication skills to call, email, and meet with clients.


  • Negotiation skills when discussing contract scope and terms.


  • Advanced customer service skillsto remain personable with clients to build relationships and establish yourself as a reliable source for the client to turn to with any questions or concerns.


  • Team building and collaboration abilitieswhen working with other departments to develop strategies that benefit clients.


  • Strong problem-solving skillsto help clients overcome any obstacles and develop solutions that enhance the clients' efficiency and productivity

Compensation begins at $25/hour and is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
