Job Description
A law firm in Boston is hiring for a Client Billing Representative. This individual will be part of a larger billing team and be responsible for helping attorneys and their assistants with client billing. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates seeking a role in accounting, someone with banking experience, or a few years within a law firm.
The Client Billing Representative will be responsible for the following:
  • Resolve billing issues
  • Prepare and distribute pre-bills
  • Ad hoc projects, requests
  • Prepare time and billing reports
  • Review, prepare and approve client bills
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following
  • Experience with electronic billing systems
  • 2+ years of billing experience within a law firm setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $55,000 - $72,000 plus excellent benefits
