As a Teacher Assistant at Doodle Bugs!, you will be an integral part of our educational team, implementing our BRAVO! Curriculum and fostering a nurturing environment for children. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you will assist with developmentally appropriate lessons and activities, ensuring that each child feels loved and supported. Through positive language and reinforcement, you will guide children's growth, while maintaining effective communication with parents. Attending regular faculty meetings, you will stay informed about policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and creating a safe and engaging environment for the children in your care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (New York applicants can be currently enrolled and/or working towards this requirement)
• 1 year of experience working with young children (babysitting or family members is applicable)
