• Solo Stops Pay: $11.00 per Stop with 10 Stops per Week
• Paid Training
• Sign On Bonus: Pays You $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days of employment
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.45 per Mile with 2500 Miles per Week
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop/Hook
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; Occasional Saturdays
• Retention Bonus: Pays You $2000 In 2 Installments in your First Year
• Start Time: Must be available for AM or PM due to bid system for routes
• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Weekly Guarantee $1300 per week

• Pass a DOT physical
• Minimum 21 years of age
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Pass a Ryder road test

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
