The primary duties:
- Monitor Office Performance
- Manage Schedules and Receipts for Patients
- Accountability for patient to practice guidelines
- Explain Insurance and Superbills as necessary
- Maintain Business Metrics
- Check-out all patients
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Statistics
- Retrieve and Return Phone Messages
- Manage Schedule of CAs and DCS
- Completes and assigns tasks to other CAs
- Assist in front desk coverage when needed
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls
- Manage Systems and Procedures in Office
- Collect Payments and Close End of Day Financials and balance
- Greeting patients with a smile
- Maintain team KPIs and Lead Weekly Meetings
- Complies with HIPAA requirements, protecting the privacy and confidentiality of an individual's health information
- Maintains the Team & Supports and Promotes Them
- Answer multi-line phones, answer patient questions and scheduling of patient appointments as necessary
- Conducts self in accordance with company policies, procedures and handbook, while also enforcing these policies and procedures
- Manage Patient Accounts

$15 - $18 per hour
