Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for daily operations in accordance with state licensing regulations and manage all essential tasks required to operate a daycare / childcare facility, including overseeing personnel, communicating with families, building enrollment, marketing, and maintaining quality standards. In addition, the Center Director is responsible for maintaining control of the administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.

Specifically, you will recruit, train and develop teaching staff, oversee their daily scheduling, as well as maintain classroom appearance and teaching quality at the highest standards. Actively participate in enrolling new customers and communicating with existing parents. And work with state licensing authorities to ensure that the center remains fully compliant with state licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of daycare / childcare management and early education experience, preferably in a leadership or management role
• Have your CPR and First Aid Certification as well as other state-specific requirements
• Paid time off
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or in related fields preferred
• Benefits:

• Must meet South Carolina Director Qualifications.

• Compensation of up to $55,000 annually
