Chief Operating Officer – ABA & Related Services – Pennsylvania

We have partnered with a well-established human service organization providing ABA early intervention, educationally integrated behavior support as well as adult programs. This company are looking for their new Chief Operating Officer to oversee all operations across the organization.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Design and implement policies to promote company culture, vision and oversee operations to keep businesses on track
• Responsible for development and implementation of the organization’s operational objectives and initiatives
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
• Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, and other professional business partners

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis with a significant understanding of autism spectrum disorders highly desired
• Understanding of financial management, budgeting, financial models, and supporting growth required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an executive role in operations or management in a business or non-profit agency required
• Fundamental knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of non-profit organizations and Approved Private Schools highly desired
