We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. You will be a crucial member of our senior management, reporting to the CEO, and responsible for executing the company’s business plan, aligning our team, and exceeding our planned P&L objectives.


About the Role:


Corner Alliance is a dynamic, growing consulting firm that devotes itself to providing an enriching employee experience while meeting corporate growth goals. We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. You will be a crucial member of our senior management, reporting to the CEO, and responsible for executing the company’s business plan, aligning our team, and exceeding our planned P&L objectives.


Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):


  • Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.
  • Integrate all major operating functions of the business to ensure all aspects are collectively working toward the greater good of the business.
  • Collaborate effectively with the CEO to establish and execute the company’s vision.
  • Demonstrate effective project management skills.
  • Demonstrate a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.
  • Ensure everyone follows the company’s core processes and operating system consistently.
  • Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive
  • Confirm that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Ensure that everyone is “in the know,” and that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization
  • Effectively resolve issues by understanding real problems, being comfortable with conflict, and addressing them in a practical and healthy manner.
  • Ensure the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.
  • Manage the leadership team, and hold members accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments to move Corner Alliance forward.

You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely.


Required Experience/Skills:


  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Understanding of sales, delivery, and operations functions in an organization.
  • Experience in the professional services industry, specifically in a GovCon environment.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Previous working experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of leadership experience
  • In-depth experience in driving a thriving people-centric organization while maintaining the priorities of the company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
