Must-haves

- 10+ years working in enterprise business development, business management, project coordination, and/or strategic planning

- 4+ years of previous experience working as a Chief of Staff (COS) for an enterprise team and/or executive leadership on a technical product team

- Outstanding interpersonal communication, organization, and presentation skills

Proven success in initiative implementation and strategy execution, prioritization, and communication.

Plusses

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is seeking a Chief of Staff to join an End User Communication team in a health and life sciences pharmaceutic company. This person will be aligned to the Vice President of Technology Services and will be expected to execute and re-align strategy communication for Directors on the team based on executive priorities and goals. This person will serve as the main point of communication for the VP's strategy and priorities, and they will be fully responsible for running their leadership meetings. In order to do so, they will be attending relevant meetings to organize and gather Director operations and plans of action. This person will also be responsible for coordinating in-person events like town halls, international team member meetings, engagement of in-person engagement for remote and local teams. Similarly, as the liaison of executives, this person will be updating senior leadership on project updates, proposals, planning, and overall company climate and employee well-being. Developing and building relationships with executive and senior leadership will be imperative to increase efficiencies of existing and new operations to define operational strategy. As a subject matter expert, they will handle inquiries for the VP and optimize plans of action that will assist and prepare for the dissemination of executive communications. Lastly, this person should be able to take action rather than take order and be comfortable managing several tasks at once. This role is intended to be hybrid on-site in Raritan, NJ 3-4x a week.
