Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing, private equity-backed company with a projected run rate of $250 million in revenue for 2023. They are making significant strides in their industry and are now seeking a high-performing and motivated CFO to lead their finance function and contribute to their growth strategy.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks. This position plays a vital role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth, thus a keen understanding of both numerical and operational intricacies is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies, and regulatory actions.
• Provide strategic management of the accounting and finance functions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and reporting to the Company.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

Requirements:

• MBA or Master's in Finance is preferred.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• CPA is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven capability of managing banking relationships and negotiations.
• Experience in M&A processes, from due diligence to post-acquisition integration.
• Strong track record in leadership roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and practical execution.
• Excellent commercial and business acumen.
• Experience as a CFO or Finance Director within a private equity-backed business.
