Job Description

ExecuSource is currently partnering with a large and growing telecom client in the Grapevine, TX area in search of a CFO. This person will report to the COO and work closely with the CFO and Treasurer to develop the company's financial strategy while mitigating risks.


Location: Grapevine, TX

Schedule: M-F, standard hours. Primarily onsite, hybrid flexibility as needed.

Salary: $160k-200k. Creative with all-in package, and long term will include equity after IPO.


Duties:

  • Manage banking and investor relations.
  • Other duries as assigned.
  • Oversee insurance coverage and external/internal audit relations.
  • Mitigate company's risk profile and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise Accounting Department, mentor staff, and ensure accurate communication and documentation.
  • Prepare financial reports, both monthly and annually.
  • Handle cash flow management and liquidity planning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Prior Treasurer and/or Chief Financial Officer experience.
  • MUST have a CPA. Non-negotiable.
