Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Dual NASDAQ Listed Companies in the Boating Industry


We are a trailblazing force in the boating industry. Not one, but two NASDAQ-listed public companies. Our portfolio includes Twin Vee PowerCats and AquaSport Boats, both companies dedicated to designing and building gas-powered boats across two states, Florida and Tennessee. Forza X1 is at the forefront of the marine industry transitioning to electric, Forza X1 is about to begin construction on the largest dedicated factory to building fully integrated electric boats for mass appeal. As we continue to reshape the boating landscape with our innovation and drive, we are seeking an exceptional CFO to lead our financial strategy and help fuel our business growth.


Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) -


Location: Fort Pierce, Florida

Role and Responsibilities:


As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a vital architect of our financial success, overseeing the financial health and growth strategies of both our NASDAQ-listed companies. Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, requiring exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive "whatever it takes" approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Public Company Reporting: Utilize your public company experience to manage the preparation and filing of required reports with regulatory bodies such as the SEC, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and annual reports.
  • Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, conveying the financial vision, strategies, and results of both companies.
  • Capital Structure and Funding: Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize capital structure, manage funding options, and provide financial insight for potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial and operational risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring business continuity.
  • NASDAQ and FINRA Reporting: Handle reporting obligations related to the company's listing on NASDAQ and any FINRA reporting requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower the finance and accounting teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continual improvement.
  • Dual Company Oversight: Direct the financial activities of both NASDAQ-listed companies, ensuring each entity's financial well-being, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's financial health.Financial Strategy Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies that align with the ambitious goals of both companies, driving sustainable growth and innovation.
  • Boat Industry Expertise: Utilize your in-depth understanding of the boating industry to navigate the nuances of both gas-powered and electric boat segments, driving financial decisions that resonate with market trends and customer demands.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Lead the preparation, analysis, and accurate reporting of financial statements and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels.


  • Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven track record (at least 8-10 years) of success as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a dual-company or complex business structure.

Experience working with NASDAQ-listed companies and intricate regulatory reporting requirements.


Exceptional financial acumen and strategic thinking, with a keen ability to drive business growth in the boating industry.

Resilient attitude with a demonstrated history of managing complexity, setting high standards, and delivering results.

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to diverse audiences.

Leadership style that fosters innovation, collaboration, and a "can-do" spirit among teams.
