The Chief Financial Officer at Company has/is:

• Industry experience in Supply Chain Technology or technology services experience preferred; Transportation, eCommerce/Retail Fulfillment, 3PL, or Retail
• 10-20 years of finance (FP&A) and accounting experience; 3-5 years of senior leadership experience; operational and transformational finance experience; preference for having worked for a PE/VC backed company; comfortable supporting a fundraising process; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• Experience establishing financial controls and processes within a business scaling quickly; budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, capital planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial reporting; experience implementing or upgrading ERP and HR/Payroll systems; experience managing 3rd party relationships (auditors, banks, etc.); CPA (a plus)
