About 4CED: 4CED leads the economic development efforts in the Four Corners region by recruiting, building, and supporting businesses to diversify the economy and create quality jobs.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated CEO to provide leadership in achieving economic growth and development in the region. The CEO will report to the Executive Committee of the 4CED Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in economic development or related private business, including three years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, management, or a related field
• Master's degree or CEcD certification preferred

• Track record in new business recruitment, BRE, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and startup support
• Economic development background
• High-level executive experience in business management and leadership
• Experience working with the Site Selector community

Compensation:
