Honeymoon Brewery is located in Santa Fe, NM. We specialize in brewing deeply flavored, high quality, unique & distinctive Hard Kombucha. Our products are distributed throughout the Southwest and Midwest regions. We take pride in our process, using only the finest ingredients and innovative brewing techniques.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Santa Fe, NM with flexibility for some remote work. We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, financial stability, and overall growth of the company. The CEO will be accountable for leading and directing all aspects of the organization, including operations management, business planning, sales & distribution, and strategic planning.

• Proven experience as a successful CEO or in a similar executive leadership role
• Finance skills, including experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Operations Management skills, including managing production, distribution, and quality control
• Sales skills, including managing a sales team, developing new accounts, and building relationships with distributors and retailers
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Business Planning skills, including developing short- and long-term plans, setting goals, and measuring performance
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic Planning skills, including setting strategic direction and vision, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing risk
