**Position Overview:**

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's technological landscape, driving innovation, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your expertise in global operations and strategic growth will be critical in leading our Technology Organization to new heights of success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and oversee the Technology Organization, including Software Engineering, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Database, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, and IT Operations teams.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap that supports our company's growth and innovation aspirations.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, translating them into actionable strategies to enhance our technological capabilities.

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify opportunities for technological innovation, creating robust plans to leverage these opportunities effectively.

- Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across the technology teams.

- Ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of technology projects through effective project management practices.

- Establish and maintain rigorous IT and software engineering processes and standards to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Drive enhancements in system architecture, scalability, stability, performance, and security.

- Harness the potential of AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and develop intelligent solutions that elevate our products and services.

- Cultivate strong relationships with external technology vendors, partners, and industry experts.

- Provide strategic leadership, management, and governance for technology teams, setting clear objectives, delivering feedback, and promoting professional growth.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, nurturing technical expertise within the teams.

- Advocate for innovation initiatives, encouraging the exploration and integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

**Requirements:**

- A Master's degree in computer science or engineering, or a related field.

- Demonstrated experience of 12+ years in similar leadership roles, with proven success in overseeing technology functions and teams.

- Profound technical acumen and hands-on expertise in software architecture, including the design of scalable and resilient systems.

- In-depth familiarity with the Azure cloud platform, encompassing infrastructure, services, and security.

- Knowledge and experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in developing intelligent solutions.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, evidenced by a track record of cultivating and nurturing high-performing teams.

- Proven track record of driving technological innovation and delivering successful technology projects.

- Ability to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Strong aptitude for team-building, fostering a positive work environment that promotes creativity and professional growth.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage organizational change.

- Expertise in building commercial B2B websites, focusing on user experience, functionality, and scalability in alignment with business requirements.
