Job Summary:

• Build and grow volumes and revenue through new and existing clinical programs and service offerings.
• Organize and build a team to ensure goals relative to budgets, financial improvement, culture, and cost savings are met.
• Develop short term and long-term strategies and action plans to ensure high quality patient care.
• Organize all the internal functions necessary across the hospital's continuum of care, appoint leaders, outline key roles, and ensure accountability in meeting facility goals as appropriate.
• Reduce the costs of care and find synergies through value-based care. Efficiently utilize people, process, and technology to contain costs.
• Work collaboratively with other leaders, physicians, and staff to providing daily leadership guidance and oversight providing a high degree of clinical service line and cross department collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Ensure the facility is JCAHO survey ready.
• Provide regular reports to the Boards as necessary regarding progress, and strategies.
• Execute strategies to ensure financial targets are met in their areas of responsibility.
• Engage physicians and work effectively with the medical executive leaders and medical officers.
• Be recognized as knowledgeable, visible, and accessible, while integrating the facility’s objective into Taylor Regional Hospital's mission, vision values, and objectives.

Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration,
business or related field.
Qualifications:

• Highly organized and ability to adapt to different roles in an innovative, fast-moving environment; a driving force who manages toward clarity, performance measures, and is solutions oriented.
• Proven strategic planning skills and statistical interpretation.
• Experience- based knowledge of state and federal regulatory accreditation requirements.
• Sophisticated understanding of hospital facility financial partners.
