- You'll join our team based in Miami, Florida.
- Help our partners achieve their ARR goals through new business and expansions.
- Develop and help deploy GTM strategies to support partner's growth and expand monday footprint
- Employ account management skills to help partners expand their books of business
- Work cross-functionally with the monday.com team to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, and service gaps with partner offerings
- Lead the sales cycle along with the channel partner’s team for strategic deals
- Manage the relationships with different channel partners and be the face of monday.com to potential & current partners in the region.
- Collaborate with monday marketing team and partner’s marketing team to execute local events and/or drive marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and pipeline generation
- Take primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of building new partnerships in the Mexican region
- Forecasting our partnership pipeline. Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, enablement, and consulting functions
- Bring on new channel partners as needed and manage them throughout the life of the relationship.
- Lead deal reviews for strategic opportunities and define the best approach to manage deals while leveraging the monday.com and the partner team
- Willingness to travel as required to Mexico-based partner/customer offices
- You’re the boss of your book: Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota-carrying role.
- Be the connector to our enablement teams to ensure partners are taking advantage of the resources at their disposal
- You are not scared of negotiation. Whether it be negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or the balance of our company and partner's needs, you can tactfully negotiate.
- 3-6 years experience in sales/ business development positions focusing on the Mexican market - must
- English and Spanish - fluency / bilingual proficiency
- 2+ years experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - must
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
