Job Description
Introduction


The Americas Channel Marketing team is looking for a rock star candidate to help bring our products to life in retail. In this role, you’ll work closely with members of the Channel and Sales teams as well as members of the Product Management and Global Marketing teams. You’ll leverage marketing strategies to position Roomba products for success online and offline – including but not limited to managing product detail pages (PDPs), retailer.com brand pages, and physical product displays in retail locations across the US.


This role will report to the Senior Manager, Channel Marketing to ensure all retailer marketing content is accurate while tracking retail launch executions, budget expenditures, and supporting creative requests.


What You Will Do


  • Develop, track, and communicate a retail execution calendar for the region
  • Organize and maintain monthly department budget and assist in annual budgeting execution
  • Manage and track robot display inventory to support physical retail needs.
  • Manage content syndication platform (Syndigo) for accuracy across all products
  • Assist with organizing team & retailer meetings
  • Leverage the DAM (Digital Asset Management), to identify and leverage creative assets
  • Work both independently and cross-functionally to ensure retailer.com product content, and imagery is kept current and properly maintained. Effectively and swiftly make content changes as needed on an ongoing basis
  • Support Channel Marketing in the execution of digital and physical marketing and merchandising strategies
  • Create and manage retailer.com compliance process across e-commerce sites and reporting out findings


To Be Successful, You Will Have


  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Graphic design experience (plus)
  • Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Mural, and other collaborative tools (plus)
  • Excellent organizational and/or project management skills
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
