Job Description
**This is a remote position**


Summary:


The Channel Development Specialist will work primarily with our existing and newly on boarded dealer partners to ensure their success and productivity through a variety of supporting tools and programs.


Responsibilities:


  • Train dealers on new tools and programs
  • Recognize and escalate issues to management for resolution
  • Regular proactive outbound dealer communications to support dealer success and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Respond to various requests received via email and incoming calls
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM
  • Assist new dealers with onboarding process through phone and web-based support
  • Ongoing follow up with dealers to ensure successful ramp up
  • Review, approve and process administrative requests relating to Brivo products and Dealer accounts


Qualifications:


  • Experience with sales administration is a plus
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • IT savvy with ability to learn new systems and tools
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong analytical and communication (oral and written) skills necessary
  • Strong administration and customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work across multiple departments to achieve favorable customer outcomes
