About Us:
We are New York City’s leading in-home personal training service for children since 1996. Our mission is to inspire children and adolescents to enjoy making physical activity an integral part of their lives, by enabling them to experience the pleasure, self-esteem and confidence of being fit and active.
We are proud to offer certified personal trainers, as independent contractors, the opportunity to make a difference in children and teens lives while having fun doing something you truly love. Our young clients mostly train after school and weekends.

Energetic Juniors Personal Trainers are responsible for training and motivating children & teens according to their individual needs, in a park or virtual setting. Trainers will need to find creative ways to measure children’s success, make adjustments in methods to overcome obstacles, and inspire children to develop healthy habits. Must be willing to show PATIENCE and a desire to have lots of FUN!
All Covid guidelines will be followed by clients as well as trainers. No in-home training at this time.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience working with children/teens
- Must carry your own liability insurance
- Must be an Independent Contractor
- Must be a Certified Fitness Trainer
Additional Experience & Qualifications We Value:
- Education/experience working with children with special needs
- Youth fitness certification or continuing education in youth fitness
