We are a Skilled Nursing Facility located on the West side of Phoenix.

**PRN Position**

Position Summary:

A Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) assists in the treatment of injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities, under the direct supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT). The Occupational Therapist Assistant / Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA will aid in the provision of rehabilitative services for people suffering from physical, emotional, mental or developmental impairments.

Note: All employees are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.

Qualifications

Licenses/Certification:

• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR Certification
• Current OTA certificate in state of employment

Experience:

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
