III. Education, Experience, Skills, and (Licensing) Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• With a valid Driver's License
• Must have a CNA certification
• Must have a smartphone for clock in/out and communication
• Education High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Certification and Other Requirements:
• Must have a CPR certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Characteristics This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback. We're also looking for individuals that are compassionate, trustworthy, and service-minded.

IV. CNA Job Responsibilities:

• Measuring and recording food and liquid intake and urinary output
• Administer medication
• Ensuring patients receive an appropriate diet
• Track patients' condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities
• Providing physical support for patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing up, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising
• Report changes to medical or nursing staff.
• Recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and temperature
• Observe and record patients' behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
• Obtaining information from physicians, caregivers and nurses
• Reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
