We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CMT/CNA) to join our team at Mosaic in Central Nebraska. As a CMT/CNA, you will be responsible for providing medication administration and personal care services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the physician
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and emotional condition
Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members regarding residents' care
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure resident needs are being met
Qualifications:
Current CMT/CNA certification in the state of Nebraska
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
