Being a coach with the SS is an amazing opportunity to have uncapped income (average 5-10k/month for full time coaches), change lives, have a fulfilling job, flexible hours, and work from anywhere! It has truly been a dream job for me and it has been amazing to grow our team of coaches.

The SS has so much to offer a coach:our own app, a website, contracts and lawyer fees, educational courses for clients, backend support, support with all your client payments, launch help, a team of coaches, an already established community, proven systems and processes for growth, virtual assistants to help you with content and graphics, paid for photo and video shoots for your branding, liability insurance, and more! All of this has taken years and lots of dollars to build! So for this reason, I am not looking for anyone who cannot also bring a ton of value to the program and ability to bring your own leads. If you feel you are not there yet, but want guidance on what to do to get there, reach out to me and I can point you in the right direction to get started and re-apply in the future!

Please read through the requirements below prior to applying because we do not want to waste your time. We strive for excellence with our SS coaches and commit to delivering the best service and results to our clients. Therefore, we are looking for theperfect fit.

Requirements:

• Community that is engaged already.
• Community already reaching out to you for help with health and fitness because you have established yourself as a go - to person.
• Great work ethic.
• Positive and kind person. This vibe must be seen throughout all of your content and social media. Easy to work with and willing to follow instructions.
• Have a healthy lifestyle and lead by example. While we are not looking for a “body type,” you must be an example of maintaining a healthy body, balanced life, and model what clients will want to become like. This includes mindset as well.
• Extensive experience in the fitness industry (4+ years or more). No fitness newbies. In order to coach others you must be an expert in the industry.
• Self confidence and self belief.
• Following on instagram of near 3-5k. 5k + is preferred. While I couldn’t care less about a follower count, I have done this long enough to know that you do need a reach and content that attracts more than just your friends and family to succeed doing this.
• Certified in both training and nutrition or willing to obtain immediately upon hire.
• Coaches bring some of their own leads. The SS will feed you some leads, but the only way to make full time income is to be able to bring your own leads. This is why we require social media branding already well established. Full time coaches hold a roster of 30-50 one on one clients and must be able to bring them in. However, by being a part of the team and working with me, I will be able to lead and support you in client attraction, sales, and signing.
• Truly cares for others and holds our vision to change lives!
• A specific niche or theme to your content centered around health and wellness.
• Must have a well developed brand on social media. What we mean by well developed brand:
• Must have extensive knowledge on nutrition, macros, and training. Able to effectively write programs.

If you are currently a coach, I am looking for someone who has clients already not looking for help with how to get your first few clients. If you need help with getting started in your business, I can also help direct you!

If you are currently in the SS as an ambassador or client, we are looking for someone who has already brought many leads to the SS. Coach Lyndsey was an ambassador who made her way to tier 3 and received free coaching. She is a great person to reach out to if you are a current client or ambassador looking to refer more people and potentially work for us in the future.

Bonus(Not required but highly preferred):

• Already coaching successfully but wanting to step into the next level of making 5-10k/month consistently.
• Living in AZso you can attend our meet ups, photo shoots, work days

We are looking to fill a full time spot! So if you have a job, you must plan to quit within 3 months of hire. No part time side hustlers please. We want someone who WANTS this and is willing to take a risk and go after their dreams!
