THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION

Overview:

Maintains the Cancer Registry in accordance with the requirements of the American College of Surgeons.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Hold a current Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) certification
• Preferred Experience: Previous tumor registry experience
• Required Education: High school diploma
• Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a health related field.
• Other: Knowledge of medical terminology, computer skills and knowledge of or previous experience with the medical record.
• Preferred Other: Knowledge of oncology diseases and processes
