We are looking for top talent in the Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI areas, with possibility of other remote locations near a major airport. Serving as an integral part of the Insights & Analytics team you will set the Category Management team up for success with their customers. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Project Management – Your project management experience will serve you well as you drive projects around shelving analysis for planogram recommendations and category reset analysis.
  • Internal Collaboration – This position will work cross functionally across several internal teams including but not limited to Category Management Field team, Sales, and Headquarters Category Strategy.
  • Retailer Focus – In support of the category management team and their customers you will own the evolution of best-in-class retailer performance scorecards and panel insights for key retail customers.
  • Category Insights & Analytics – Proactively providing analysis & insights you will fuel Category Management decisions at our top retail customers.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Proficient in POS, Shopper Card, and Syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, Numerator). In addition, preferred experience in Luminate, Retail Link, E2Open, Shelf IQ, Nielsen Connect, MS Access, and familiarity with VBA
  • Excellent presentation, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coordinating projects cross functionally
  • P roven efficiency working in Excel (Advance knowledge), Outlook PowerPoint. Space Planning, Category Management tools (preferred)
  • C PG experience
  • Previous knowledge and use of business performance indicators
