Our roots began in sourcing top-quality plant material for wholesale landscaping companies, and we have grown to serve our community in a variety of services in our retail spaces. Reports to: Customer Service Manager, Manager on Duty
Responsible for:
- Assisting in all phases of customer service as needed
- Maintaining proper levels of supplies and change to enable sales transactions
- Answering phone according to established company policy
- Printing closing reports and settles the cash drawer at the end of the day
- Greeting customers and handles all aspects of cash, charge, check, and invoice sales transactions
- Performing other tasks as required and at the direction of the Customer Service Manager or Manager on Duty
- Providing a high level of customer service and accuracy in sales transactions
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry, mathematical, and financial transactions
- Assist in loading of customer purchases into their vehicles as appropriate
Basic Work Schedule:
- Up to 40 hours during non-peak periods
- As needed during peak season
- Part-time (15-30 hours per week)
- Full time (30-40+ hours per week)
- Hours are dictated based on employee availability. The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends is highly desirable
Compensation:
Hourly position. Benefits as per Company Policies & Procedures
